We offer a full-service approach to the management and implementation of construction assignments which results in a single-source of accountability for our clients. We are in the process of continuously assembling a dedicated team of in-house professionals to meet each project’s particular requirements who will collaborate with all project team members and clients in the development of budgets, value engineering, scheduling and project construction. We offer a wide-variety of services - from site analysis through to final construction completion and inspections. Citadel Construction assures that all projects will run smoothly from its inception to its final completion. The only true gauge of success is our client’s satisfaction. Design Build
At Citadel Construction we are proud to offer design build as one of our many services. Design build enables our clients to have one contract for designing the project and building it. This provides a streamline approach that means from the outset of the project we are involved, no separate entities, separate contracts or separate work. We readily incorporate BIM (Building Information Modeling) and LEED certification goals.
Construction Management
Citadel Construction offers a hands-on approach to managing projects from inception to final completion. By providing customized resources with respects to meeting the demands of each of our clients; Citadel can provide an end-to-end solution that our clients have depended for each and every project --- no matter how extensive the size of the project. Once the Pre-Construction Phase has been completed and the project is well underway, our team of highly qualified professionals continue to guide our clients through a wide range of subsequent steps as needed
General Contracting
Our extensive capabilities enable us to offer our clients a complete range of construction services - whether we provide our services as a General Contractor and / or Construction Manager. For our client's projects, we will assemble a dedicated team of in-house highly qualified professionals to meet each project’s particular requirements. J.T. Magen & Company, Inc. provides General Contracting Services for projects that have been procured in the traditional competitive bid process in the industry. Our focus for constructing these projects is still based on the team approach.
